Zombies Broken yet Again new problem

Post by Syrup N Rofls on Fri Sep 11, 2009 11:32 am

Aside from the audio issue of not being able to adjust the audio during in match playing, the fix they did yesterday to fix the problem everyone had with fast moving zombie created another problem. I found last night that my brightness get's defaulted to the normal setting. Usually I play with the brightness turned all the way up. I found upon entering only public matches it defaults to the regular setting and there's nothing I can do about it. Can Anyone else confirm this issue?

They're already working on a fix for the brightness issue. While it's not a big deal to reset your brightness every game, I can see where it may be annoying to some. I'll add that the map was also designed to look best at the default brightness. Also, look at it this way....the #1 goal was to fix the modding issue asap. I think many can agree that this brightness issue is tolerable compared to the modding issue. thumbs up2

This response is going to sound mean, so don't take it like that. (I mean it!) To me the brightness is a big deal, having to leave friends to readjust the brightness and then join back is time consuming and annoying at best. The modding never bothered me, I got used to it. Even though I'm happy to hear they are working on the issue I'm worried they'll end up ruining something else in the process. I've never played a game that required so much work from the time of it's release to present moment everything that get's "fixed" ends up breaking something else! I understand programing fixes are not easy but for the love of god they could test it a little better. In a total of four updates and fixes they have broken something. I'm just voicing my utter frustration with a company that seems to fix something halfway and break the stuff that works. It seems they fail to test anything when they say they did.
